Terms of Service

Welcome to Aglobe. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms in full.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use Aglobe only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

3. Buyer Obligations

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and making timely payment. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must list products accurately, fulfil confirmed orders promptly, and comply with all applicable Nigerian laws including food safety and agricultural regulations.

5. Payments & Fees

Aglobe charges a commission on completed transactions. All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be raised through the platform dispute system. Refunds, where applicable, are credited to the buyer wallet within 3 to 5 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Aglobe, including logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Aglobe or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aglobe is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Our liability shall not exceed the transaction value of the relevant order.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
